When your
applicants call from the ad, make sure the receptionist takes
an interview time along with their phone number. This almost
guarantees that 90 percent of them will show up for the appointments.
Make sure the receptionist schedules anywhere between 45 to 60
minutes for each interview.
When the
applicant shows for the interview, make sure the receptionist
gives them a personality profile analysis with instructions on
how to complete it. Along with the profile, give them a standard
application and have them complete it.
Once the
applicant has completed both, they are ready for the interview
